Which plan should I pick?

If you have one website, start with Solo. If you run more than one — a main site plus a store, a second brand, a client project — Studio removes the site limit and gives you staging, which lets you test changes on a copy before they go live.

Agency is for people hosting on behalf of others. The white-label access and private DNS mean your clients see your name, not ours.

You can move up a tier at any time without downtime, so start where you are.

Can you move my existing site?

Yes, and it's included. WordPress sites transfer with an automated migrator that carries over content, themes, plugins, and the database. Anything else — custom PHP, static HTML, a store on another platform — we do by hand, including the file paths and database connections that usually break during a move.

Your current site keeps running until the new one is confirmed working.

Do I get email with my domain?

Every plan includes unlimited email addresses at your own domain, with spam filtering and webmail. Use it in Outlook, Apple Mail, or on your phone like any other account.

A message from you@yourbusiness.com lands differently than one from a free address, and it delivers more reliably too.

What happens if my site gets hacked or I break something?

Every site is backed up daily and 30 days of restore points are kept. Restoring is a single action — you can roll back the whole site, or just the files or just the database.

Do I need to know anything technical?
