DCwebpro — Everything to do with a Website

Getting started

There is no checkout button. That's deliberate.

Every DCwebpro hosting account begins with a conversation — a phone call or an email exchange — before anything is set up or charged. It takes about fifteen minutes, and it is the reason our clients don't end up on the wrong plan or lose their email during a migration.

Why we talk first

Instant signup is fast for the host. It is rarely good for the client.

An automated checkout doesn't know what you're running, where your domain is registered, or whether the mailbox you've used for eleven years is about to disappear. Fifteen minutes on the phone does.

You get the right plan

Most people either overbuy or pick a plan they outgrow in six months. We look at what you actually run — sites, traffic, mailboxes, whether there's a store — and recommend the tier that fits, including recommending the cheapest one when that's the honest answer.

Your migration gets planned

Moving a live site is where things break — DNS propagation, email that stops delivering, a database connection nobody remembered. We map it out before we touch anything, including who holds your domain now and what has to move with it.

Everyone here is a known party

Anonymous signup is how hosting platforms end up serving phishing pages and spam relays. We verify every new account with a real conversation. It keeps the neighborhood clean, which protects the deliverability and reputation of every site we host.

How it goes

From first call to live site.

Five steps. Most accounts are set up and running within a few business days of the first conversation.

  1. 01

    You reach out

Call, email, or send the form below. Tell us roughly what you have and what you need. There is no obligation and nothing is charged at this stage.

    Same-day response, weekdays

  2. 02

    We talk it through

Fifteen minutes on the phone, or a couple of emails if you'd rather. We cover what you're running now, where the domain is registered, what email needs to survive the move, and what you want the site to do next year.

    About 15 minutes

  3. 03

    You get it in writing

A plan recommendation with the annual cost, a migration outline with the specific steps for your setup, and the domain arrangements. No surprises, no renewal rate that changes in month thirteen.

    Within one business day

  4. 04

    We build and migrate

Account created, SSL issued, email accounts rebuilt, and your site copied over and tested on the new server. Your current site stays live and serving visitors through all of it.

    1–3 business days, typically

  5. 05

    We flip the switch together

DNS gets repointed at a time you choose, and we watch it propagate and confirm mail is flowing before we call it done. Then you have a phone number that reaches the person who set it all up.

    Scheduled with you

Before you call

Have these handy and we'll get through it in one pass.

  • Your domain nameEven if you're not sure who it's registered with — we can look that part up.
  • Who hosts you nowThe company name is enough. Login details come later, and never over email.
  • How many sitesIncluding anything parked, staging, or half-finished that you'd want moved.
  • Email addresses in useThe ones that must keep working. This is the piece people forget.
  • Roughly what traffic you getA ballpark is fine. "A few hundred a month" is a useful answer.
  • Anything that's been breakingSlow pages, downtime, spam problems. Often it's fixable in the move.

Don't have any of that?

Call anyway. A good share of the businesses we take on inherited a website from someone who left, and nobody knows where it lives or who's paying for it. Tracking that down is part of what we do — usually inside an afternoon.

Starting from nothing?

Also fine. If you have no site and no domain yet, we'll help you pick and register a name, and the hosting conversation follows from there.

A note on passwords

We will never ask for a password by email, and we will never ask for one at all until after you've received a written plan and agreed to proceed. If a message claiming to be from us does either, call the number below.

Start the conversation

Two ways to reach a person.

Call — fastest

802-254-5475

Weekdays. If it goes to voicemail, leave a number and you'll hear back the same day.

Email

its@dcwebpro.com

Fine if you'd rather write it all out. Same-day reply on weekdays.

Send the details

Nothing here creates an account or charges anything. It reaches Jason directly, and he'll follow up to set up a call.

We use this only to reach you about hosting. No list, no resale, no automated signup.
