Getting started
Every DCwebpro hosting account begins with a conversation — a phone call or an email exchange — before anything is set up or charged. It takes about fifteen minutes, and it is the reason our clients don't end up on the wrong plan or lose their email during a migration.
Why we talk first
An automated checkout doesn't know what you're running, where your domain is registered, or whether the mailbox you've used for eleven years is about to disappear. Fifteen minutes on the phone does.
Most people either overbuy or pick a plan they outgrow in six months. We look at what you actually run — sites, traffic, mailboxes, whether there's a store — and recommend the tier that fits, including recommending the cheapest one when that's the honest answer.
Moving a live site is where things break — DNS propagation, email that stops delivering, a database connection nobody remembered. We map it out before we touch anything, including who holds your domain now and what has to move with it.
Anonymous signup is how hosting platforms end up serving phishing pages and spam relays. We verify every new account with a real conversation. It keeps the neighborhood clean, which protects the deliverability and reputation of every site we host.
How it goes
Five steps. Most accounts are set up and running within a few business days of the first conversation.
Call, email, or send the form below. Tell us roughly what you have and what you need. There is no obligation and nothing is charged at this stage.
Same-day response, weekdays
Fifteen minutes on the phone, or a couple of emails if you'd rather. We cover what you're running now, where the domain is registered, what email needs to survive the move, and what you want the site to do next year.
About 15 minutes
A plan recommendation with the annual cost, a migration outline with the specific steps for your setup, and the domain arrangements. No surprises, no renewal rate that changes in month thirteen.
Within one business day
Account created, SSL issued, email accounts rebuilt, and your site copied over and tested on the new server. Your current site stays live and serving visitors through all of it.
1–3 business days, typically
DNS gets repointed at a time you choose, and we watch it propagate and confirm mail is flowing before we call it done. Then you have a phone number that reaches the person who set it all up.
Scheduled with you
Before you call
Call anyway. A good share of the businesses we take on inherited a website from someone who left, and nobody knows where it lives or who's paying for it. Tracking that down is part of what we do — usually inside an afternoon.
Also fine. If you have no site and no domain yet, we'll help you pick and register a name, and the hosting conversation follows from there.
We will never ask for a password by email, and we will never ask for one at all until after you've received a written plan and agreed to proceed. If a message claiming to be from us does either, call the number below.
