DCwebpro — Everything to do with a Website

Independent since 1998

Everything to do with a website.

The domain, the hosting, and the site itself — handled together, by one person who answers the phone. Serving businesses across southern Vermont, New Hampshire, and western Massachusetts.

Three things

Most businesses need all three, from three different companies.

The domain is at one registrar, the hosting at another, and the person who built the site left in 2019. When something breaks, nobody owns the problem. Here it's one account, one renewal date, and one phone number.

Why here

Twenty-seven years, same phone number.

You reach a person

Not a ticket queue, not a chatbot, not a rep in another time zone reading a script. The person who set up your site is the person who answers when it needs attention.

Nothing gets orphaned

Domain, DNS, hosting, email, and the site itself in one place with one renewal date. No hunting for a login to a registrar you signed up with a decade ago.

We started in 1998

DCwebpro began providing hosting for other web designers. That's a long time watching what actually breaks — and knowing which shortcuts cost people later.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Do I have to use all three services?

No. Plenty of clients host here and keep their domain elsewhere, or had us build a site they host somewhere else. It's simpler when everything lives together, but it isn't a requirement.

Can you take over a site somebody else built?

Yes, and it's a common request. Often the original builder is gone and nobody knows where the site lives or who's paying for it. Tracking that down is part of the job, and it usually takes an afternoon.

How do I sign up?

By calling or emailing. There's no instant checkout here — every account starts with a short conversation so we can confirm you're on the right plan and map out any migration before anything is set up or charged. Here's how it works.

Do you work with businesses outside the area?

Yes. The servers don't care where you are and phones work everywhere. Most clients are within an hour of Brattleboro because that's where the referrals come from, not because it's a rule.

A domain you can't access, a site that's slow, a host that stopped answering, or nothing at all yet. Fifteen minutes on the phone usually sorts out what needs to happen.
