| Our terms of use service policy applies to anyone that purchases any our services. This includes web hosting, internet advertising, web site design, maintenence, content management, professional services search, consulting, and any other services that we may provide. All persons that purchase our service are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth below by DCWEBPRO. | ||||||
| Before any hosting
service is rendered, payment must be verified. All payment notices will
be sent via electronic mail. To prevent abuse, we honor our 30 day satisfaction
guarantee for the initial 30 days of hosting but limit this to once per
customer per lifetime . Refunds are not given after the initial 30 day period

| Internet advertising
services are designed custom to the needs of the advertiser. The pricing
includes hosting for all web site placements and directory listings placements.
The advertiser agrees to supply all content neccessary. This includes
contact information, description and overview what what is to be listed,
link to website, any pictures, and any other content that is needed.
If our prices increase, current advertisers agreement rates will not.
However if a current advertiser buys additonal advertising then the new

| All services provided by DCWEBPRO may be used for lawful purposes only. Customers and system users agree that all services provided by DCWEBPRO will be used only for proper legal purposes and in a lawful manner. Transmission or publication of any information, data or material in violation of any U.S., State or international law or regulation is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret law or any other law, as well as threatening, offensive, harassing, obscene or pornographic material or content. Customers and system users warrant that any data uploaded for publication on DCWEBPRO servers does not violate or infringe any copyright , trademark, patent, statutory common law or proprietary interest of others or contain anything obscene or libelous. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DCWEBPRO from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party. | ||||||
| No pornographic or
adult oriented materials or links to such materials. No pirated software or links to such materials. No hackers programs, archives or links to such materials. No warez sites or links to such materials. No content that may be considered prejudicial or abrasive to an individuals Race, Creed or Color will be tolerated. No business of any illegal nature may be transacted on theservers. Any violation will be subject to prosecution and fines. |

| DCWEBPRO prohibits the sending
of bulk unsolicited commercial email (UCE), known as "spam" from
or through our network, or the use of UCE to advertise a site on our network
("spamvertizing"). We will take action against any legitimate
reported incidents. DCWEBPRO may not be the source, intermediary, or destination
address involved in the transmission of any unsolicited email, email bombs,
hate email, or any mass email. Your email account may not be referenced
as originator, intermediary, or reply-to address of such email. We do not allow email lists or bulk email software to be sold on the servers. Accounts canceled due to spam will be billed a clean up fee of not less than $800. If you believe you have received UCE from our network, or advertising a site on our network, send an email to our abuse department including the text and full header information of the email. reportabuse@dcwebpro.com *NOTE: Spamming is grounds for IMMEDIATE deactivation. No refund of fees. |

| We do not allow clients to install their own chat rooms. These tend to be large system hogs and we cannot allow it as a account option. We do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers. Message boards that run from flat file databases tend to be CPU intensive and should be avoided. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed it will result in grounds for immediate account deactivation. We will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of any of the above policies and conditions. We are not and will not be liable for any third party software installed or used for your web site. | ||||||
| Notification of cancellation must be received at least five business days prior to your billing date, that date being the day of the month you sign up, in order to avoid charges in full for the next invoice. It is the Clients Responsibility to secure email confirmation from DCWEBPRO that their account has been cancelled. If the client has not yet received email confirmation of account cancellation, then the account remains active, and you will continue to be billed. Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to the network or a customer is strictly prohibited. To cancel an account, contact our customer service at host@dcwebpro.com | ||||||
| Use of network bandwidth is expected to be reasonable and moderate. DCWEBPRO reserves the right to impose additional charges for use of network bandwidth in excess of reasonable or allocated amounts. Customer will receive advanced notice of DCWEBPRO's intent to impose any such charges. We do not oversell here, we just add servers, If you are needing much more space and bandwidth, dedicated servers and relocating servers services can be arranged. Additional data transfer over and above the specified amount in the package you chose may be purchased at $2 per Gigabyte per month. Each account comes with its own cgi-bin. Disk space may be purchased for an additional $2 per 100mb. You are free to use any CGI scripts you wish, however we reserve the right to disable any CGI script that effects normal server operation or service to other DCWEBPRO customers. | ||||||
| By purchasing one of our hosting plans, internet advertising packages, or any other sevice that we may provide, you are agreeing to all of the above terms and conditions and agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or claims resulting from the use of our service. You agree to use all DCWEBPRO services and facilities at your own risk. DCWEBPRO disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall DCWEBPRO be liable for any loss, or loss of data, or other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages. Customer agrees that he/she shall defend, indemnify, save and hold DCWEBPRO harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims. | ||||||
